'Posts' refer to the complete responses given by this web server in text/<html> format in response to another devices HTTP URL request across the Internet. 'Entry' refers to one complete, permanently available post made by Roger Davies within this forum. 'Post' and 'Posting' by users refers to the action of users attempting to include their own content and having it displayed within these 'pages' of the Roger Davies Forum. 'User' and 'other party' and 'other parties' refers to the person(s) or machine(s) who views or publishes content on this forum. 'Content' can be made contain text or images or both text and images.[/li]

By posting in this forum (See Section 2) you are indicating that they have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions and given expressed agreement for me to record, and republish the IP address(es) of the requesting device(s) along with any information and third party software helpful for scanning (identifying open sockets on such systems), uncovering vulnerabilities and publishing information on how to exploit such vulnerabilities in order to temporarily or permanently prevent the other device from functioning as intended, or in order to gain access to the other parties' information or control of the system or parts of the system in a series of tutorials I reserve the right to publish at a later date for information purposes only. I also reserve the right to attempt this procedure, and publish details of the outcome within this forum. This experiment is done for the purposes of science, and the freedom of information in a carefully controlled environment, done with the full and expressed consent of both parties as they enter into the agreement as outlined in this document. Any actions taken as a result of any other party posting spam is not done surreptitiously, criminally nor intended to encourage others to take the same action. By posting spam in this forum (see sections 1 & 2, the other party acknowledges the lawfulness of any actions undertaken by Roger Davies, and the other party waves their rights under the UK's Data Protection Act (1998) to seek legal recourse as a result of such actions, having (1) Already violated such rules by posting spam, and (2) Agreed to the terms of this experiment, recognising that such laws will not apply while the two parties have entered into this private arrangement of their own free will. Roger Davies recognises that - outside of the context of this carefully controlled experiment - such actions would almost certainly be considered illegal in your country. Please do not try this at home.
